Hello-

I've been on Tribe for a while but it never occurred to look into a Devo tribe!

I managed to seen them perform last month at the MacWorld/Microsoft dealie at the Warfield and they are still an amazing live band!

Anyone else make it to that show?

It looks like a great show. They'll be playing w/ The Phenomenauts, Teenage Harlets, Prima Donna, and The Mouth Offs.

Unfortunately, I have to attend this lame party in the NV desert that week.

Great show last night @ Hotel Utah!

We missed the first part "Mongolounge" but we caught "Mongoloid" (It's the same guys, right?) and Polysics.
The Polysics were out of control! I found myself in a mosh pit, hehe!

Devo related SF show

On 2/25/05, the Hotel Utah will be hosting a show with Mongoloid, Mongolounge (Devo cover bands with their own, uh, take) and Polysics, a Devo-tee band from Japan (Itai! Itai!). The show is ten bucks.

This should be a fun show for anyone who is a fan a Devo.

DEVO ONSTAGE!

Got pretty close (about 5 rows behind the Pit)
To See my all-time Favorite band play the KROQ show
9/18/04. They were TIGHT, playing mostly from "Duty Now
for the Future" It truly was a FlashBack, a Terrific one.
Dedicated the last song (Gates of Steel) to the late Johnny Ramone.
was anyone else there? what did you think?
I posted 2 photos from the show in the gallery, they look kinda crappy
but all I had was a disposable camera.
